Nevin had a good day at the plate. He cracked a solo homerun in the 5th
inning and bombed a two-run dinger (his 14th of the season) in the 7th
inning. Santa Fe bats were very productive in the 4th inning with 5 runs on
4 hits and the 7th inning when they had 5 runs on 3 hits. Santa Fe kept the
pressure on throughout the contest as they scored in 6 different innings.
Kelvim Escobar(7-5) was the winner allowing 4 runs in 7 innings. Josh
